A two story 1,340 square foot residence with an attached 580 square foot ADU. Fox street has a unique mix of both commercial buildings as well as residential properties. Although this is a residential project, the front façade takes on more of a commercial look – having the garage in the rear, not in view from the street also adds to this concept.
